Question / Help Stream keeps echoing

It won't stop and im not watching my streams and people are still telling me it echoes everytime i say something .

Disable the mic device from your webcam properties.

I use that to speak to people even before i had the webcam it echoed you think its something with the windows 8 operating system

What he means is that you have your Microphone added to OBS Twice: Once as part of the webcam itself, and once as your OBS microphone. You should disabled it in the webcam source. Open the Video Capture source for the webcam and set the audio device to Disabled.
