Question / Help Stream Keeps Disconnecting

Hey,

For some reason OBS keeps dropping connection to YouTube or lags bad. I just moved to a new place and even bumped up my speeds from 100 mbps/10 mbps to 400 mbps/20 mbps with zero improvements while streaming. I've had the internet company out here 2 times already they claim the signal is fine, but I'm having them come for a 3rd time to make 100% sure.

So, here's some background information...
- I'm hard-wired, so NO wifi involved.
- My PC is a strong gaming PC, so I don't think it CAN'T handle things.
- My speed tests come back over 400 mbps/ 20 mbps when I run them, although the upload gauge looks laggy to me and not smooth when testing but not sure that's an issue.
- I was streaming fine at my old house with much less speed.
- I've toyed around with my OBS settings and watch every dumb "Best Streaming OBS Settings" video I can find on YouTube with no success.

Maybe I'm missing something, but I would love for a pro to make sure I'm setup perfectly in OBS and maybe get some pointers on what they might think the issue could be? Below are my settings and some log files (link below and attached another) for your reference.

Ok, so I had the internet company come out again and verify everything looks fine. I just tried to stream on YouTube and Twitch and was dropping frames all over. I also bought a new dedicated NIC to rule that out of the equation, but no dice.

Can anyone point me in the right direction? I'm going to look at that help link above again, but no clue what's up?

Here's the log from that stream as well...

Does switching video encorders make any difference for dropped frames? I have 2 NVIDIA cards using SLI and just dropped the encoder down to x264 for testing. I could really use some help.

Your Twitchtest result shows a large amount of variation between servers in the same region, this indicates that your connection is not very stable. If you re-run the test multiple times and the results keep changing, then your ISP is the problem.
