Question / Help Stream keeps disconnecting/reconnecting.

Hi,

since I upgraded my hardware (new mainboard/cpu/ram) and reinstalled windows somehow I can't stream to twitch properly. The stream is smooth and running without any problems, very few or no dropped frames and great performance overall. But I keep getting random short disconnects followed by reconnects.

I tried different things, I lowered the bitrate, tested a different server, stream key reset, different codec, downgraded obs/ graphics driver version, ran the stream with and without dxtory, but nothing seems to help. The Log Analyzer tells me there's a hook conflict, but I can't find the source. I don't have any of the programs associated with the error installed.

Only programs active were steam, obs and dxtory, I don't know if there's a hidden process or something that I'm missing, but I don't think so. I even tried turning off the steam overlay. So I'm wondering, is the stream crashing because of the hook conflict, or because my connection to the twitch servers is bad? The Twitch Bandwith Test shows quite high pings and with the standard tcp window I don't get any server above 80 quality like recommended. I also tried lowering the tcp windows to 32k, but still disconnects.

I also tried everything router/firewall related...

At this point I really would appreciate some help because I'm getting frustrated.

So here are some informations about my system and results of some tests:

System:
GPU: ASUS GeForce GTX 980 Ti
CPU: IntelCore i7-6700K @ 4.4GHz
MB: ASUS SABERTOOTH Z170 MARK 1
RAM: 16GB Corsair Vengeance 2666MHz
OS: Windows 10 (64)

Recent logfile:
Games streamed are Rocket League and CS:GO

Speedtests:

That's it, I hope there is an easy fix. :(

Things you didn't mention:

- Updating your NIC drivers with the latest available for both Intel and Realtek ports and testing both
- Testing with a different streaming service like hitbox
- Testing with a different computer on the same network
- Bypassing your router
- Contacting your ISP

Tried both adapters, updated everything. ISP was contacted, no known issues. No different computer available.

I'll try a different service after taking a break from this 4 hour trial and error. I don't see the point in bypassig the router, since it worked before with the same configuration but I'll try this aswell.

What should I try again dping? "Send window optimization" was tested on and off several times, did nothing.

Does the same results of what you are seeing show up on the VOD? If so, it is an issue between you, your ISP and twitch (I doubt this is what it is). If it does not show up on the VOD, the issue is between Twitch and the viewer.

What do you mean? I'm stuck here.

My issue is that OBS keeps disconnecting randomly and yes, it is visible on VODs since they are cut in pieces. The stream is gone for a few seconds and then back online.

Oh I'm dumb, I got you mixed up with someone having issues with pauses on the stream. Retracted.

Streaming to hitbox.tv went well, no disconnect in almost 1 hour.

The Twitch Bandwith Tests seemed to tell a similar story. So does my ISP have connectivity issues with the twitch servers? I guess I'll contact them again...

Could the hook conflict be a problem, what causes it. Since it's described as a major problem in the analyzer...

unfortunately, not when they are showing as unknown. I can only assume unknown means an inactive hook.

I tried bypassig the router, didn't help. Also talked to my ISP again, they ran a diagnose but couldn't find anything.
