Question / Help Stream Keeps Crashing

My stream crashes but it's inconsistent. OBS just goes offline and comes back up again after like 5 seconds that I have it set to. My internet is 80 down and 12 up and I don't get throttled.

I'd like some help as to what can I do to fix it. It happens when I try to stream PC games or console games, and it happens randomly. Today it happened 4 times during a stream and other days it doesn't crash at all. But it's very annoying when it does because I drop viewers.
