Hello,
When i try to stream, in my case World of Warcraft, my stream looks fine at first from the perspective of OBS.. Not dropping any frames, even on Dashboard on Twitch.tv i can see that my stream configuration is "Excellent". But when I give a look how actually my stream looks for other people in browser or even in mobile phone, I can see that video is buffering every now and then.. And if it's not buffering I can see "leaps" or how to call it properly.. The video is "tearing".. For example I watch myself killing a creature. In video I'm killing creature and *blink*, creature is dead. It completely skips the progress where I'm killing that creature. This buffering or "leaping/tearing" is happening like every 5-10 secs or even faster. It goes same for sound, but video and sound is actually synchronized, there isn't any problem. I don't actually have any viewers, but I guess that if I'm experiencing these problems, everyone would. Also I have no problem watching other streams in "Source" quality on Twitch.tv. According to speedtest.net my Download speed is 24.20 Mbps and my Upload speed is 9.58 Mbps. Any advice how to fix it? Thanks in advance.
Here is my OBS log file:
