Stream kbs randomly drop to 0kbs and stream disconnects and reconnects

I have been trying to stream the last few days and the problem I have been running to is that seemingly randomly my kbs drop to 0 and start to drop frames, then go back up and resume. Sometimes its an hour in between the occurrence sometimes its right when I start the stream or 1 mins in. I have spectrum have replaced my modem and have read previous threads. Lowered my bit rate to 2000 or less to test that, and changed multiple Twitch servers to see if that would fix the issue. I am at a loss, going to post my log and see if anyone sees anything that could help.

Thank You

Settings --> Advanced --> Network --> Check box for "Dynamically Change Bitrate..." [Apply] [OK] Try streaming.
Try updating your network card drivers using Device Manger.
Try a service such as restream.io and see if that works better.
Check your router for firmware updates.

It basically comes down to that you our log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS. Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.

Other stuff
1. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other. You can use the same Game Capture for all your games! If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
2. In Windows 10 versions 1809 and newer, we recommend that "Game Mode" be enabled for maximum gaming performance. Game Mode can be enabled via the Windows 10 "Settings" app, under Gaming > Game Mode
3. If available, update to Windows 10 2004 per https://obsproject.com/blog/five-simple-tips-for-new-streamers

Hi, I know this is a couple of years later, I am having the same issue did you find a solution? because nowhere seems to have this issue and I am not sure if it could be because of flat internet or something but this problem is very annoying
