I've recently ran into an issue with the latest OBS that the streams just stops: the bitrate drop to 0 and I can't stop either recording or streaming and have to forcefully close it through the task manager. I don't know what other info might be of help. It didn't happen before. Only on latest OBS, but I haven't downgraded to use a lower version.
