I've been streaming through twitch.tv for a while now but for the last few weeks, I've been running into an issue where my stream is running at 1 fps. It's unbearable to watch and I'm not sure how to fix it. Here is a clip of what the stream looks like now: https://clips.twitch.tv/SquareTransparentPandaUnSane In the past, I've ran the steam at the same settings: 1080p, 60 fps, and 3300 bit rate. The stream has a stable connection through ethernet.
My current specs are:
CPU: FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core
Video Card: Radeon RX 470 4GB
