Stream issues with bitrate/dropping frames.

Hello everyone. I've been streaming on twitch for a while now. My PC can handle (usually) 1080p 60 frames. But recently my bitrate and frames have been dropping, even when I reduce the quality of the stream to 720p... I've tried many solutions, to no avail. Such as: Clearing DNS, removing third party extensions, changing encoders, uninstalling/re-installing OBS.

Here's my most recent OBS stream log: https://obsproject.com/logs/wfqMuovjUlnoOa74

Any and all insight is appreciated.

Also my GPU is an NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650.

The log indicates that the frame rate is being decreased by the RTMP streaming - not rendering. The most likely cause is low internet bandwidth.

It appears that you are using WiFi. OBS should be used with an Ethernet connection if possible: WiFi may be high speed ON AVERAGE, but the latency can fluctuate a lot, which is a problem for streaming.

So I hooked up my PC with an ethernet cable... It was more stable for a about a week or so, but now the issue has come back. Also if anyone can answer this: I have a NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1650 but it says I have insufficient hardware, am I perhaps due for an upgrade? Or is it something else the log is referring too? New log w/ ethernet cable: https://obsproject.com/logs/20KK8BVay7fCJR1S . Thanks again (in advance) for any advice you can give.
