I’ve been streaming with no problems for a month until this week when I went from OS X 10.15.4 to 10.15.6
now my cpu percentage goes through the roof once I press “start stream” I had to reduce my quality significantly just to get a decent feed where as before I was at 1080 with zero lag. When not streaming cpu is at 5-10%, when stream starts it jumps to 60-70% which didn’t happen before.
What could be the issue? I’ve fully uninstalled and reinstalled OBS which didn’t help.
For reference, I’m on a 2017 MacBook Pro, 16 GB Ram, Radeon Pro 560 4 GB grfx card with 1TB if available storage.

Bit rate: 3000 kpbs
CPU usage: very fast
Video output: 1289x720
