Question / Help Stream is very pixelated and I have no clue how to resolve this issue.

Hello everyone,

First time posting on this thread so bare with me.

AMD Ryzen 5 2600
ASRock Micro ATX b450m MOBO
Corsair Vengeance 32 gb DDR4
MSI GeForce 1050ti GTX
2 TB HDD

OBS Setting
Base Resolution: 1920 x 1080
Rescale Resolution: 1080 x 720
30 FPS
Lanczos
Encoder: x264
CBR 3500 KBPS
CPU Usage: Veryfast
Keyframe interval: 2

This issue arises no matter if adjust my bitrate to 3000 or 6000. I have tried multiple different basic things but at this point, I have no clue what is wrong. Please help, I just want to stream.

That logfile is incomplete. After doing a test stream/recording, make sure to exit out of OBS, then restart and Help->Logfiles->Upload Last Logfile. This will make sure that all of the diagnostic info is included, including network rollups and the timing tree.

From the video, it looks like you're having some pretty major framedrop/encoding issues; I'd recommend swapping to the non-FTL x264 encoder and testing with that, as you were also getting a bunch of FTL-related network errors. 720p30@3500kbps should produce fairly clean video, without the significant macroblock issues your sample video is showing.

here is my latest obs log file after following your instructions.

What do you mean by non FTL x 264 encoder. The only encoders i have available are x264, nvidia NVENC H. 264, and nvidia NVENC (new)? The only thing referring to my FTL in obs is my stream service which is mixer.com - FTL. Should i change it to mixer.com - RTMP? is that what you mean?
