I need help, I started streaming in around January, and it seems i have never had this problem. It seems like a recent thing and when i move my screen, everything goes from 720p to 240p.
My specs are
i7 3770k 3.4ghz cpu
nvidia 550 ti gpu
8gb ram

my upload speed is 2.1 up speed and I don't lag in game when i stream.
Can someone help me please? :)

Like that? I got more than 1 log but posted my most recent one. I didn't have this problem before.

The problem is your resolution with that upload speed. Change the preset back to "veryfast" do a 1.5 resolution downscale and lower the fps to 30 also lower the quality to 8 or 7.

thank you, i still get the same problem. what do you think i can do to make it look 720p again and not have the pixely effect when scrolling screen?

You can't really do 1280x720 without stretching your resolution or having black bars. 1120x700 is what you want. Post a vod link, and post a log file when using those settings.

Well there are few ways going about it. You can either 1) Choose to play in a Windowed Mode and do like 1600x900 which is 16:9 ratio, or 2) Buy a 1080p monitor. I suggest you choose 1 to save the money (unless you're loaded!). You can then choose to change the base resolution to 1280x720, and no downscale. Set the settings like hilalpro told you (you can even try to change the x264 CPU Preset to "faster" and see if it eats your computer up or not. That should help with the pixelations. You can also try to use CBR settings with 1500 kb/s. With CBR you don't need to select quality since it will just use constant bitrate for sudden movements like in a fps game.
