Stream is pixelated/distorted

I recently reformatted my SSD and put on a fresh install of Win 10. I've had some issues with Minecraft being extremely pixelated when I was streaming since. The CPU usage is on the heavy side for encoding, since it's pretty beefy and I'm only running a 1060 GPU. Pretty sure I messed up some of the settings somewhere along the line. You're trying to stream 4K60 on 2500kbps, then 6000kbps.
6000 is enough for 1080p30, and maybe 720p60.

Change your Output Resolution in Settings->Video to a lower resolution. You'll have some downscaling quality loss, but that's expected and should be much better than trying to run a 4K60 videostream on an incredibly insufficient bitrate.
