Stream is not showing a preview video on twitch and twitch is not getting automatically produced thumbnails for latest streams on the channel.

i can't find anyone who has the same issue that knows how to fix it. maybe has something to do with framerate or something?
i stream with 30 fps and full hd quality. my streams run very smooth and without problems. but as i said, the preview for my streams have no picture, not even a black screen, it only shows a questionmark picture. please help, and please answere in "technicall stuff for dummies" language as i am bad in anything software and hardware related.

Which manufacturer is your graphics card from? I had the same issue with my 7800XT, I even created a thread about it (https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...e-to-stream-using-the-7800xt-graphics.180627/). After updating to version 24.12.1, the problem disappeared.

AMD Radeon RX 7700XT. Thanks, I had just updated my driver but see 24.12.1 now available so I'll do that and see if any change
