first off, i would like to thank you all for help. I have been struggling alot with many settings,even upgraded my cpu to i7 2600k @ 4.1 GHZ, which should be OK cpu i hope and still cant get good video quality to work. Also, english is not my native, so am sorry if i will sound like slow child from elementary school.
To my problem: According to https://www.reddit.com/r/Twitch/comments/2dz7ru/bitrates_resolutions_and_quality/ THIS, even 540 can look crisp clearp, sharp, fluent and with good bitrate. Even 540p (960x540), 30fps, 1600kbps(you have to Very Fast (for comparsion download, dropbox downgrade it otherwise) video from this site look gorgeous. And i, with 2300 bitrate 540p looks like THIS : https://www.twitch.tv/nihasa74/v/90742360
Especially small letters looks like from old bit games.
Dont pay attention to these short recordings in LOG, but streaming part.
My connection is http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/5654376553 - test was done with teamviewer ON, should be little more than 100/10+.
Also, but i hope it will be same problem, when streaming 540P, my CPU sits on 60-70% MAX, but my FPS spikes so much - from 140 to 250. I need to maintain, lets say, 200fps(144 hz monitor, it gets choppy under 150fps). Same with Dead by Daylight. Am getting constant 60fps without stream, but when i start stream, am on 30-40fps, while CPU is about 50%. Do stream use GK ? What am i missing ? :( I was monitoring GK without stream while playing CS and with 300fps it was under 60% load.
