Question / Help Stream is not centered

Whenever I am streaming a game it will be offset so part of the right side of the screen and bottom is missing I had the same problem with the scenes I was using but I just right clicked it and selected fit to screen but that does not work with the capture for the stream. If anyone knows a fix please help.

A screenshot would really help with being able to understand what exactly you see on your end.
