No audio problems in your log.
You can use Gain filters in desktop and Mic using the cog wheel on the right of each one
 
Yep i know. But when you klick on the Twitch link from me, you can hear all sounds are echoing, only my Microphone is not echoing.
 
This can be caused because your headphones reproduce the same sound that cames from your Elgato?
In that case, mute your desktop audio.
