Question / Help Stream is laggy not my pc.

Hello i have hat some trouble streaming cs go. My stream look laggy but ingame i have no problems.

PC specs

Operating System
Windows 10 Home 64-bit


CPU
Intel Core i5 3570K @ 3.40GHz
Ivy Bridge 22nm Technology


RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 800MHz


Motherboard
Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. Z77-DS3H (Intel Core i5-3570K CPU @ 3.40GHz)


Graphics
Viseo223DX (1920x1080@60Hz) - monitor 1
M197WDP (1360x768@60Hz) - monitor 2
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 (MSI) - Graphic Card

I found out that the little "FPS" in the bottom is jumping up and down. When i say laggy i mean it's skipping frames...
