Question / Help Stream is lagging

I've been trying to stream some games like Payday 2 or Bf4 but my stream is too laggy. I've got 20mb Upload speed, and my settings are at 720p at 30fps with 3000 bit rate. My specs are

• CPU: i5-3570K
• CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
• GPU: Nvidea GTX760 SC
• Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB

My computer runs the games perfectly fine, but on the stream it's choppy? Does anyone know what might be wrong?

try changing the process priority to above normal and see if it changes if not try high if this also wont change then reply with a log, please
