Question / Help Stream is lagging while playing

Hi everyone!

I'm asking for your help about this problem.
I'm trying to stream a game, Singularity, and for some reason, it lags. Oo

Here's the case:
When I'm using Singularity, in windowed mode, it does not lag. But when I play it on full screen, OBS drops the frames (like 40-70% or so) and lags in every 2-5 secs.

I tried to connect to another server via the Broadcast settings, did not work (so the server was not the problem, I suppose).
I would really like to stream this game. I don't wanna play it, until it's fixed! :)
Maybe you have an idea (or more) why is the stream lagging.

If game performance is being negatively impacted by streaming, you should try downscaling your stream resolution, e.g. to 1280x720, and see if that helps. Regarding the dropped frames, refer to https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/dropped-frames-disconnecting-lag-read-this-first.8870/

Reduced the resoultion, but did not help.
Let me explain the lag: it freezes for like 1-2 sec in every 2-4 secs. Even when I'm watching it in the "Preview Stream" window (and not streaming).
