Question / Help Stream is Lagging + blurry

Hello ,

I've started streaming World of Warcraft 2 weeks a go. Problem is my stream is very laggy and blurry.
Twitch.tv/scalargaming



FPS : 30

Basic reso: 1920x1080

pc specs:

intel core i7 4770 3.6Ghz
Nvidia Geforce GTX 750
8Gb DDR3 Ram

17 down and 8 up should be enough to stream, but only problem is, i'm not good with the details in OBS.
How big should my max bitrate be with this rig?

well since you are using nvenc a 2k bitrate wont be enough

i'd recommend using x264 since you got a quite powerful cpu which shouldnt run into problems

since you try to stream wow i would recommend using a downscale to 1280x720 / 30 fps / 2k bitrate / preset fast

dont expect too much really good quality will only be achieved by 1080p and would need more bitrate, which you could use but then you would cut out viewers because you are probably not partnered

I just got a router, so now I have 34 down 9up, Should i keep these settings as you said or change it again?

usually you leave it the same as the bitrate so 3000bitrate/buffer

Ah, well I will use 2000 for both and see how that goes, since thats what you recommend :)
