I just started streaming about 2 weeks ago, and everything was going okay for the 10 days or so, except that I couldn't stream some games like PUBG or RSS without it going all insanely choppy and laggy on stream, to the point where it looks like a slideshow. I just thought my computer or internet weren't good enough to stream it, but I've tried everything to fix it, and now, every game I stream lags an insane amount just life that. I shouldn't have this much trouble with my internet and PC specs, which are listed below, and I have tried everything suggested on this forum to try and fix it but nothing works. No combination of bitrate, hardware nor software encoding, CPU usage, etc has worked, and I am completely lost. Any help would be greatly appreciated, and just let me know if you think my setup just isn't good enough to stream right now.
SPECS
CPU: AMD FX-8320E Eight-Core
HDD: 1TB Seagate Barracuda
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-970A
RAM: 16GB DDR3
Power: 500W - EVGA 80+
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 950
Internet Speed: 29.17mb/s down 20.42mb/s up
And here is the most recent log from my stream today (It was pretty uneventful with the whole thing going at 2 fps)

Any advice would be super helpful, thanks!
