Question / Help Stream is great, but my view (in-game) is not

As the title states, my stream looks awesome, perfectly fine no matter what dumb settings I choose. But there's always some sort of weird lag, stutter, or otherwise "slowing down" of my games. I've played high demanding games and low too, and obs being OPEN seems to cause some kind of stress to my system. One thing I am aware of is that I have 2 monitors, one at 144hz and the other at 60hz. I tried setting the main one to 60hz and it's a killer on the eyes for me. Is there any other ways to perfect the performance while keeping the main one on 144hz? If not, I'm still getting the same issue on 60hz anyways. Thanks

Disable the preview on OBS, or move OBS to your main monitor.

You're dealing with an issue of windows 10 where running GPU accelerated programs across multiple monitors run by the same GPU will cause stuttering. It's an OS-side problem unfortunately.
