Question / Help Stream is fine but game is lagging

My Stream is looking fine, good quality and no lags. However my game is lagging (CS:GO) even though its around ~90FPS. My Specs are the following NVIDIA GTX 1060 6GB, Intel i7-3770 3.40GHz, 8GB RAM.
Got these settings in OBS: 1280x720 output resolution, 60 FPS, 3500 video bitrate, 160 audio bitrate, Lanczos downscale filter, x264 encoder, Veryfast CPU preset.
What do i need to change?
