Stream is dropping at 0KB/s

Hello guys, in the past month I started to have this weird problem, my stream is randomly dropping to 0KB/s and it has a green icon ( this can happen anytime during the stream, 30min in,5 hours 2 hours ). I don't have dynamic bitrate on and also I've been streaming for around a year with the same settings. Any suggestion is more than welcome, thanks :)
 
I've never seen OBS drop network traffic to 0 and still have green indicator light

Is your PC overwhelmed? or are you have network traffic congestion? and OBS log only covers OBS, so can't tell us directly about either. you have to do your own monitoring elsewhere to know. Some OBS troubleshooting guides in my .sig. In my non-gaming experience, the issues are rarely OBS itself, and far more often,
- following bad advice on Internet regarding OBS settings (especially those out of context and inappropriate for a given users PC)
- poor 3rd party OBS plugins
- settings in/or other processes running in Operating System,
- or the network (LAN or WAN)
