Question / Help Stream is crappy

Can someone guide me trough the setting for streaming at a reasonable quality for this specs:
Processor
Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4005U CPU @ 1.70GHz

Video Card
Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

RAM
4.0 GB

Operating System
Microsoft Windows 10, 64-bit

by the way i am planing to stream Overwatch.
