Question / Help Stream is choppy, possible bottleneck?

Hello everybody!
I have been trying to configuring my stream for a while now trying to get everything to run as smooth as possible, and I am nearly there but am encoutnering some slight troubles getting consistant stream quality! The quality of the image looks great, and seems to be playing rather decently, but as I play it starts to lag to the point of making it choppy and annoying to watch!
I am attempting to stream Xbox One gameplay as well as PC (Smite), but from what my friend has described to me it seems like I'm encountering a bottleneck somewhere along the line and I'm not sure where! Here's my set up:

EDIT: My upload speed is 10MB/s, cogeco cable. Wireless set up, 4/5 bars

PC:
Mobo: ASUS X-79 Deluxe
Processor: Intel i7 4820k Quad-Core @ 3.7 GHz
Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti (3GB VRAM)
RAM: G.Skill 16GB (2x8GB) DDR3 @1866 mHz
Liquid Cooler: Corsair H100i Liquid CPU Cooler
Storage: 2x 2TB SeaGate Barracuda's
Power Supply: Corsair Gold RM750w
Case: Corsair 540 Air

Main Screen: ASUS 23" VS247H-P Monitor (connected to PC via DVI)
Second Screen: 50" Panasonic Plasma TV
Webcam: Logitech C920

I have an AverMedia Live Gamer Portable connected to my Xbox One to my TV, then to my computer via USB. I was recently using XSplit Premium (Trial that came with my AverMedia), but that ran out before I got everything all set up so now I am attempting to use OBS. I've attached my settings!

My Smite settings are all maxed out (And it runs smoothly on my end, +60 FPS). I will be streaming Smite right now for a while so anybody can see what's happening on my stream. What I am looking for is a way to make the stream as smooth as possible, as well as being able to max out my quality. Thank you for taking the time to read!

The only bottleneck i can see is that you are streaming with a wireless connection.
When i started streaming on a wireless connection i had the same issue as you.
Other than that your settings are fine.

I'd say there is no bottleneck with your system. The issue is with Twitch. The flash player they use is terrible. There isnt much you can do other than stream somewhere else, if it annoys you too much.

Blaming Flash isn't really an option anymore. The latest update (Flash 13) is quite good, and has resolved a number of performance related issues, including stuff like watching high FPS streams.

Anyway, we won't really know what the problem is without a log file.

My apologies! Obviously rushed into this and didn't read the intro page, I have made some progress though! My bandwith was fluctuating during my stream, occasionally dipping down to ~2mb/s for a second or two then bouncing back up. I had some issues with my registry, repaired it, and reinstalled the drivers. Here is my log file, sorry I forgot once again!

The latest stream that I did seemed to be a lot better than before, but I'm not sure if I'm still over doing something.

Well, you aren't dropping frames, but 4000 bitrate is really high.. Twitch really only allows/wants you to use 3500, max. But, depending on the game, even that much is overkill. Either way, if you aren't dropping frames, then buffering/stream choppinness like this is because whoever is trying to view your stream can't download the data from the Twitch server fast enough. This is due to any number of reasons, almost all of which are out of your control, and many of which are even out of Twitch's control. The only real solution is to lower bitrate until it stops.
