Question / Help Stream is choppy help!?

Hi so Ive been streaming for a few times and only doing it to help my raid team with viewing our gameplay to help with improvement on boss fights, but ive been rewatching my streams and I can see that isn't clear and looks blurry sometimes.

My specs:

• i7-3770k
• msi z97a-g45 gaming
• 16gb ddr3 memory
• wins10 pro
• Samsung 250gb evo OS
• gtx 980 evga
• corsair h100i cooler

What would be the best OBS Studio settings for my kind of specs?

my upload speed is at 12mbps
