Question / Help Stream is buffering!

Here´s my log!

So my stream is buffering like every five seconds and I don´t know why.
Pc specs:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4670K 3,4GHz Socket 1150

GPU: Sapphire Radeon 7970 Dual x

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 16GB

MOUSE: Steelseries Rival

KBD: Microsoft Sidewinder x4

MNTR: Fujitsu P23T-6 Thor Edition

AUDIO: Corsair Vengeance 2100

MIC: Audio- technica At2020

I got internet connection is 100mb up and down and my OBS settings can you see down below. I live in Sweden.

I've already tried the dropped frames, disconnecting/lag post and it didn't work!

It's an issue with your connection to the Twitch distribution server. It doesn't happen to everyone who watches your stream. You can see if streaming to a different server helps, or lowering your bit rate, but there's not a lot you can do. Again, not everyone who watches your stream will have this problem.
