Question / Help Stream is buffering [settings help pl0x]

Hey peeps,

so my stream is buffering on regular base for like 2 sec.
I already tried to change the twitch region or to stream over restream.io, no difference!
While recording the log file of 5 minutes it buffered at least 5 times.

Does anyone has an idea / advice what I could change / try?

RAM: 16GB Dual Channel DDR3 Crusial 9-9-9-24

x264 CPU Preset: fast (tried veryfast as well)
Keyframe Interval: 2
Use CFR: Checked

Internet Connection (http://www.speedtest.net/)
Ping: 8ms
Download: 90.92 Mbps
Upload: 26.14Mbps

There is nothing you can do about buffering, although in your case you might want to lower the bitrate to 2000-2500 range, to reduce the likelihood of buffering.
