Question / Help Stream is blurry.

Bitrate is at 2500 (my upload is only 3MB).
using x264 encoding.
1280x720 30 fps.
preset is Fast.

i stream to twitch but the stream ends up being pixelated/blurry, (ik that real 720p like on youtube is kinda blurry, but my stream is worse than normal youtube 720p).
please help, my viewers are getting annoyed by it, (kinda).

btw my CPU and GPU are VERY capable, so they arent the problem,

CPU: Ryzen 1700 (OCed to 3.3Ghz)
GPU: GTX 1060

You can't really, you can try lowering the preset, but that won't increase quality by much.

presets are kinda f'ed up, do you mean lowering them as if making it slower.
or making it faster.
