Question / Help Stream is blurry

Bitrate of 1500 is the highest i can go with my internet speed (2 mbps upload)
graphics card: 1080
cpu: 8600k
16gb ram

cant get stream looking good, help would be apreciated. thanks

Drop to 480p canvas resolution and framerate of 30. You can't do good quality 720p60 with a bitrate of 1500.
