Question / Help Stream is blurry/pixelated.

So, I've been using OBS to stream on Twitch for a little over a year now, on and off. I've never had an issue like this before, and nothing that I know of has changed. Anyway, my stream is always really blurry and pixelated now, I noticed when I streamed for the first time in about 2 months the other day.

Max bitrate: I usually do around 2500-3000, this video (^) was done with 2700.

Remove your custom x264 settings, they are literally ruining everything.

Set the keyframe interval to 2 seconds using the GUI option in advanced settings. "Keyframe Interval (seconds, 0=auto)"

I would also suggest to use AAC audio, for various reasons, but the primary one is that it will sound better at lower bitrates than MP3.
