Question / Help Stream is blurry and do not look like 60 fps.

So im streaming at 720p 60 fps at nvenc automatic preset, but the stream looks blurry and NOT like 60 fps.
I have seen streamer with the same gear as me with MUCH better quality.

PC specs

i7 4790k
GTX 970
8 gig ram

Hardware need an horrible amount of Bitrate to be compareable to x264 streaming.

nvenc 720p60 needs rougly about 5-7mbit to look decent while x264 doest that at 3500 already

Ive tried with 3500 bitrate at x264 it looked worse then was blurry as hell and looked like 30 fps

stop using the superfast preset for livestreaming on an i7.... use veryfast(default)

What does this mean?? Hook conflict with RzDspSrv.dll
