Question / Help Stream is blurry, 2 PC setup

Hello there,

first please excuse me my bad english. Will try my best to explain the problem i have.

I've a 2 PC setup running and connected thrue a Roxio Game Capture HD Pro because i wanted to split the work on both PCs. OBS gets the Video and Audio Signal on the streaming PC wich is not the problem.

When i start to stream to Twitch every movement is going to be very blurry. Even in OBS before i start to stream. When i started the Roxio software to get an another feedback everythings seems fine.

Streaming-PC:

Phenom II X4 965
8 GB RAM
ATI Radeon R7 370 2GB
Windows 7 64bit
50k Internet with 10k upload
CPU-usage is at 30 to 50% while streaming

Settings:

Bitrate 3500
Audio 128
Video resolution 1280x720
FPS 30
Filter Bicubic
Capture Card is set to 1280x720

Is there no one who can help me? I've tried different OBS settings from decreasing the bitrate to 2000-2500 and increasing it to 3500 to 6000...1080 60fps, 1080 30fps, 720 60fps to 720 30fps with no results. also the settings for CPU usage.

Tried XSplit with the deinterlace option and it works but i dont want to use this software. Is there any tool for OBS to get the same effect?

Setup a YouTube account
Use the Auto Configure Wizard in the Tools menu

Hey SumDim,

yes i mean 50Mbps and 10Mpbs. So i should use YouTube instead of Twitch? Cant be the solution for my problem i think.

Your log is full of audio decoding errors besides that your CPU is heavily underpowered, barely sufficient for min. system requirements for your capture card alone.

I would suggest using the AMF as an Hardware encoder which could have been done in a single System as well.
