Stream is 30 FPS instead of 60 FPS

Hello!
I'm using dual PC with NDI and they're configured for stream 720p at 60 fps but when I watch the VOD it looks like 30 fps.
I tested with v-sync on and off but it didn't work. No skipped frames.

This is the logfile

Gaming PC executes OBS, all escenes + webcam and games of course. It's a RTX 2080 and Ryzen 5800X

please try to set the display refreshrate to 120 hz
looks like the try to send 240 hz/fps of the monitor

other idea use the screen capture of the official NDI tools there you can set the HZ/fps rate
