no to my question, is it possible to stream just in to the local network that just some PCs can access the stream and watch? or is a server required where i have to watch the video?
you can do it with a capture card. a great setup some people use is they play on one pc and witha capture card stream it lan to a second pc and they use obs on the second pc and stream it from there, so there is no fps decrease on the gaming pc
