Question / Help Stream in 720/900p but record at 1080?

Hello, is there a option to stream in 900p but record native in 1080 with the new nvenc encoder? in the old one you have a rescale option

but this feature is gone in the new encoder. Since that, i stream at 1080p in order to record in 1080p. but depending on the game the streamquality looks very poor in highmotion scenes. so is there a workaround for that?

Use the old nvenc encoder (just called "nvenc") as encoder instead of "nvenc (new)". It still has the resize output option.

but i thought the new encoder gives you better quality.

It only gives better performance, but not better encoding quality. Better performance can result in better quality, if it reduces lags, but the pure encoding quality is the same for both nvenc variants. In the end, it's the same encoding circuit on the GPU.
