as long as your stream is showing good, its usually on the twitch end of things. https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...oads-constantly-for-my-viewers-but-why.18465/

You're streaming at 3500kbps. Most viewers will not be able to watch that smoothly, unless you are a Partnered streamer (with quality options). Non-Partners are recommended to use 2000kbps at most to help ensure buffer-free playback for a majority of viewers, due to their connections to the Twitch servers.

3500 is the maximum that the ingests are rated to be able to handle without issues on the ingest side.

Also, speedtests are nearly useless for livestreamers. They test a different type of connection than livestreaming uses. Even worse, speedtest throws out the lowest 30% of the responses it receives, which are the most important when it comes to livestreaming (livestreaming relies on minimum baseline constant throughput, while speedtest is concerned with peak file transfer over time).

Ok thank you for information.
Btw, speedtest help just to know the max upload and as you can see, I have 244000 kpbs max so it's for that I said, my connexion is not the problem.

tbh, with OBS and streaming, anything above 5000kbps upload is irreverent.

You can have a gigabit speedtest and connection but if there is any internet issue on the route between you, your ISP and twitch, you might struggle to get 2000kbps to twitch. this isn't the case with you but the best speed test is an actual test here:http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/tech-support/478845-twitchtest-twitch-bandwidth-tester. This measures actually connection and consistency up to 10Mbps to multiple ingests then compares them. also a good tool to use in the future.

The above is more FYI; below actually applies to you

Your viewers, even ones with great download speeds, will sometimes have buffering with certain streams over a thresh-hold (some think that is anything above 2000kbps). personally I have one stream that I struggle to watch and I have plenty of download, he broadcasts at 3000kbps. If I watch him for over an hour, the buffering stops, this happens daily. After that his stream is smooth as silk. more info here: https://obsproject.com/forum/thread...oads-constantly-for-my-viewers-but-why.18465/

As you can seen, I have a really good connection :).
I'll do a last test with 5minutes by test and post it after.
your connection past 5000kbps is irrelevant to your viewers. think of it like this, you are meeting up with your friends from all over the US. you get to the the meeting-place via a highway, but all your friends that want to visit with you there are coming from all over the US, some by bus, some by train, and a few by back end country roads. some will get there as quickly as you, others will not.

Yes I have understood. Some peoples will have some problems on my stream and others not.
It will depend about their connections and some random parameters like the way where the signal crossed.
So I will try to stream at 2000kpbs 720P @60fps or 30fps and hope it will be good for the most people but I find stream at 2000kbps for CS:GO is not perfect for the quality but I understood i have not the choice :/.

Here my last result with 5minutes :

with 720@30 you can drop the preset to medium and it will look alot better, but at 720@60, dont expect to drop the preset down past fast (usually faster)
