Hey, I am trying to stream arma 3 at 720p but right when i start streaming i go from 40FPS to 20fps.
Also would i be enable to use the Quick sync?

My PC specs:
CPU: Intel i7 4790k @ 4.00ghz (Over Cloked)
CPU Cooler: Corsair H100i
GPU: GIGABYTE GTX 980 G1
RAM: 16GB DDR4 (4x4) Corsair Dominator Platinum 2800Mhz
Motherboard: ASUS HERO VII
PSU: Corsair 750CX 80 PLUS
HardDrive's: Samsung 840 EVO 120GB(X2), Samsung 840 EVO 250GB, 4TB Western Digital Red
Case: Corsair 750D
OS: Windows 8.1 pro
