Question / Help Stream help!

Hello guys,

So, I'm having issues with people on stream hearing my friends on Xbox. I stream with an Elgato HD and have Astro A40's. My audio for my gaming source is put to "device audio". I even went to preferences and put it to both and put game volume down to 1. Still didn't work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If their voices don't go over the HDMI connection then you'll have to figure out another way to pipe it into your computer.

I'm pretty sure the Xbox communication options have to be configured to output voice chat to both headset and speakers.

They are set to both headset and speakers.

They only come off very faintly but is there some how to make them louder without increasing in-game audio?
