Question / Help Stream health is INSTANT red upon starting stream regardless of kb/s being at set speeds

I'm even using a capture card so I don't even understand what's wrong, my internet isn't having any issues but OBS is reporting instant red health, unless it's the effects of what's happening in the game but that just seems a bit odd since I'm using a separate pc to stream with.
