I don't know what the hell is going on, nor how to fix it, I use a streaming pc an randomly yesterday my stream health went into the red and my kb/s is going all over the place, regardless my gaming pc and other applications using the internet are not being interrupted or having issues, I've tried changing servers but to no avail. ANY clue as to what the hell is going on would be great please.
