No dropped frames according to OBS, bitrate is 2500 720p60fps, and the small bitrate status while streaming was always well above 2500, about 2700ish and also green at all times, fps was fixed at 60 on OBS as well.
Game: League of Legends, with in-game fps always above 60fps unless I opened OBS to check the stream itself, which itself also showed lagged/low fps, but still said what I mentioned above (60fps, no dropped frames, etc).
Things to note: I noticed that on the off-game window (in-queue for example) it didn't show any signs of low fps on stream, only on-match gameplay, also another thing to note, my ping was unaffected all the time, besides ofs the usual ~2pin variance.
As for internet upload speed it's 20Mbps according to speedtest.net and ALSO, never was Memory or CPU ever on full performance (100% load).
