I've been streaming for a while without change in performance, but recently my stream has become really laggy. In-game I feel no difference, but everything on my stream looks super sluggish.
The game (Path of Exile) did recently have an update involving performance. I do not know if this affected me.
GPU: GTX 1060
CPU: i5 4690k @ 3.5ghz
x264, CBR, @2500
Downscale 1.5 to 720p @30fps
Preset: Veryfast, main, 2, using CFR

Log says I'm skipping frames due to encoder lag? Have not had issues with this in the past (as seen in the older log)
