I recently just started streaming and have noticed an issue that has happened over the past 3 nights. When streaming, my connection seems fine and I experience no real FPS/lag issues in game (CS:GO) but randomly, the stream will drop offline and I am forced to stop the stream via OBS and start it back up again.
I have switched servers (tried pretty much every US server) and the issue persists. I have also lowered my bitrate from 2500 to 2000 and the issue also persists. Here is an image of a speed test I just ran:

I know that my upload speed is pretty low, but do you think 2000/2500 is pushing too it too hard with nearly 5 upload? I am using Ethernet and not wireless, and when my stream drops I do not lose internet connection to other services such as CS:GO or Teamspeak.
I included a log below and was hoping to get any ideas/help that you might have!
