Question / Help Stream getting major lag spikes

Hello, I recently got my internet upgraded, so I tried streaming, but been having problems.
So every 3-6 seconds, major spikes occur, and it's pretty damn annoying.

My upload speed is currently at 8000kbit/s+.
I have streamed using DXTORY, and it still lags, and I even tried window and desktop, and still laggy. However, my performance is perfectly fine.

Here are my OBS settings:

If there is anymore information you need, please let me know.

thanks

Can you post your log? viewtopic.php?f=6&t=97

What are you using DxTory for? In most cases, game capture should work better than DxTory, and DxTory isn't needed for capturing in OBS except for a few specific cases.

Yep. Under XSplit DXtory is almost required. OBS doesn't need it; the built-in Game Capture mode works MUCH better, and at a significantly lower CPU hit as well.
But yes, post your logfile and we can take a look.

Hello, thanks for the replies.
The thing about the OBS Game Capture, is that it crashed the game that I was playing (Warframe) as I started the Stream. And also when I tried the file output mode at 30fps, it didn't look as smooth as DXTORY 30fps.

I will upload all the logs from last night.
I experimented with different settings as you can see in the logs.
They will be in a .zip file.

I am going to try stream a game using the OBS Game Capture, and will come back with the results.

thanks

check cbr and cfr also set your keyframe interval to 2 seconds and 3000bitrate/buffer the same should be way enough for 720@30

I changed to the settings as alpinlol has said, but no difference.
Though, I did notice that I was getting 10-30 higher ping in League of Legends, and the spiking is still there.
I changed to 2500 kbits and my ping only raised 2-10, and the spiking was gone at most.. BUT there are still a bit of lag spikes every once in a while... My upload speed should be more than enough, but I don't know what's still wrong.
Yes, I am on a wired connection, and am not connected to wireless at all, but tho i can.

So I'm not getting any ping lag or framerate lag at all.

thanks

EDIT: The thing that lags is the output video on the stream.
EDIT 2: Yup, I stopped streaming for a bit, then streamed 2 hours later, and then the spike came again... I'm sad ;(
EDIT 3: Tried again 5 minutes later, and it's fine again... I'm confused now... Uploading logs.
