Question / Help Stream gets ugly when game is moving

When I play overwatch the stream gets like pixelated when moving. I tried changing resolution on base canvas
output scale, and downscale filter. I also tried changing the resolution in overwatch but still during movement it gets ugly on stream. I dont have this issue with any other game but it could be because overwatch is the only pc game I stream? The rest are console games with elgato.

Here is my log file

A bitrate of 2000 isn't really enough to properly support a high motion+detailed game (like Overwatch) running at 1280x720@60p, literally doubly so when you degrade the encoder using the 'superfast' preset.

1. Put the encoder preset back to veryfast.
2. Increase your bitrate.
3. If you can't use more bitrate, then lower the fps to 30.
4. If that doesn't help enough, then lower the output resolution to something like.. 960x540.

OBS has a built-in tester for various places you want to stream to. From the official factoid:

As of OBS 19.0.0, an Auto-Configuration Wizard was added to help new or inexperienced users select streaming and recording settings that their PC can handle. It can be accessed from the Tools menu in OBS, and then just follow the on-screen directions. You can use this tool to get a set baseline settings for your hardware. Lastly, please note that the wizard is currently in beta!

It will also test your internet connection, so give it a shot.

@Mroczny_Gustav: That's a really nice doc you have there.

I gave it a shot but it set my bitrate to 6000 should I change it to like 3500?

Heres what it did..
