Question / Help Stream gets pixelated

Hello!

I recently started using OBS, and my viewers mentioned a problem, that my stream picture gets pixelated in nearly any movement actions, no matter what I do. if I do screen capture (in borderless windowed mode), or game capture (Dayz, BF3). When I used XSplit, I had none of these troubles, so probably it's something about the settings, however I have no clue what to change. and im not lagging in game.

My PC specs:

AMD FX8350 4.7 GHz
16GB RAM
MSI GTX570 1.5GB OC

My stream settings:

Quality balance:10
Max bitrate 3500 /buffer: 5000 and tried the same Bit rate no luck
Audio: AAC/128 bitrate

Video: custom, 1280x720 (native resolution is 1600p)
Resolution downscale: 1.25
FPS: i have tried 30 up to 60

Multithread Optimizations: on
Preset: veryfast

My internet speed:

Any helpful ideas are very welcome, thank you.

Don't use Quality Balance 10, just switch to CBR. Leave your bitrate and buffer at same size, stay at 720p30fps or 720p48fps for fast motion FPS games.

You have to keep in mind how much the whole screen is in motion in an FPS game and how hard that is to actually encode. There is also a pretty noticeable difference between OBS Quality Balance 10 and XSplit's Quality Balance 10 as they do not correspond to the same CRF values.
