Question / Help Stream gets choppy

Hi after around an hour my stream gets choppy while using an Elgato HD60 and it also does in the recording i dont have any audio problems i use a 3500 bitrate i also you restream to stream to twitch youtube and mixer i will provide some details

Specs are : GTX 1060 I7 6700K 16GB Ram
